Every year in July all JPC Food Pantry members have to complete the annual Re-certification. If you received your Food Pantry ID Card it will be easy and the Re-Certification can be completed on our smartphones at your first visit. If you have not completed the intake fill out the form and turn it in to 26 Johnson Park, Utica, NY 13501 and we will mail your card.
